About
Who I Am
I am a complete beginner in fiction and filmmaking.
- No writing experience — never wrote fiction before
- No art background — can't draw
- No video editing skills — don't know post-production
But I have a story idea, and the patience to describe it in natural language.
Using nothing but natural language to direct AI Agents, I created a 50-chapter sci-fi novel — Silent Era · The Guardian — and pushed it into trailer production: 44 shots, 82 production units, a character anchor system, and I2V animation generation.
This site is the honest record: real costs, real failures, and reusable lessons.
What This Site Shares
The core case study is Silent Era · The Guardian: 50-chapter novel → trailer script → 44 shots / 82 production units → character anchor system → I2V animation → cost ledger. Every step is documented in public: costs, failure rates, rework causes, tool switches, and Agent collaboration mechanics.
What This Site Is NOT
- Not chasing AI hype news or tool reviews
- Not selling false promises of "AI-generated feature films"
- Not building a personal brand (I stay anonymous)
- Not a cherry-picked gallery of perfect demos
Public Content
- Production Log: Costs, failure rates, rework, tool switches, Agent collaboration records
- Workflow Breakdowns: Shot templates, anchor systems, I2V preprocessing, QA standards
- Case Materials: Sanitized character cards, visual anchors, trailer clips
- Reusable Resources: Cost tracking templates, checklists, failure classification frameworks
